For anything else, email us — but read the two boxes below first. Most emails we cannot answer
straight away are missing something they ask for.
Put this in every email
Your master stable. Always, and above all for anything about credits. Many players have
more than one master stable, and matching the address you write from is slow and often wrong.
If it is missing, the first reply will be to ask for it.
Every horse ID and race ID the question is about. Screenshots help too. There have been
over 3.4 million races and over 1.4 million horses, so a name alone is not enough; without the IDs,
the first reply will be to ask for them.
Never your password. We will never ask for it, by email or anywhere else.
Discord chat
Our chat is on Discord: use the app on most phones, or the website at
discord.com.
It is private, so you need an invite. Email us for one, with your master stable name
and your Discord login name.
We cannot retrieve, reset or change Discord logins or passwords. If you already have a
Discord login and lost it, use Discord’s own recovery at
discord.com.
No harassment of any kind, passive-aggressive included. You can be removed without notice, and
a ban from the chat is a ban from the message board too (and the other way round).
